Care Compliance Platform

The problem

Care providers run on compliance. Staff training certificates, DBS checks, right-to-work documents, supervision records and policies all expire on different dates, and a CQC inspection can ask for any of them.

In most agencies this lives in spreadsheets and filing cabinets. Someone has to remember to check the spreadsheet, and the true state of compliance is only discovered when an inspection is booked, which is the worst possible moment to find a gap.

Preparing for an inspection meant days of pulling records together and cross-checking dates by hand.

What we built

We built a platform that holds a care provider's compliance records in one place and watches the dates so nobody has to. Expiring documents surface before they lapse, not after.

Managers see compliance status at a glance across staff and documents, and can pull together what an inspection needs in hours rather than days.

One decision matters more than any feature: no AI makes compliance judgements in this product. Compliance decisions in care are made by qualified people. The software's job is to make sure they see the right information at the right time.

How it works
