Most owners can feel where the time goes: the quoting that takes all evening, the chasing, the double-typing, the job that only exists because two systems do not talk to each other. What is hard is knowing which of those problems is worth solving with software, which needs a £30 off-the-shelf tool, and which is cheapest to leave exactly as it is.
Getting that judgement wrong is expensive in both directions. Businesses buy software they never use, and they keep hand-cranking tasks a £900 automation would have removed years ago.

We walk through your week and find the tasks that repeat, the ones that get missed, and the ones only you can do.
What is worth automating
For each candidate: what it would save, what it would cost, and whether the honest answer is a cheap existing tool or nothing at all.
A prioritised plan
A written, ordered list of what to do first and why, with rough costs against each item.
Yours to keep
The plan is yours whether or not you use us to build any of it. Take it to another developer if you want. It will still be a good plan.
What it costs
The first 30-minute call is free, and for many businesses that is enough to know what to do next. Where a deeper working session is worth it, we agree a fixed price for it up front.
How long it takes
One conversation to start, a written plan shortly after. If something is worth building, a working prototype of it can exist two weeks later.
