A fully fledged multi-tenant SaaS platform built for care agencies to remove the burden of compliance paperwork and inspections. The system enables managers to assign and track mandatory training, schedule and complete spot checks, and generate audit-ready reports in minutes instead of days. By centralising records and automating reminders, agencies were able to cut inspection preparation from weeks to hours, while ensuring staff and managers always had a real-time view of compliance status.

Articulate AI (AAI)

Articulate AI helps students and professionals practice public speaking in realistic scenarios. Users deliver a speech to an AI-driven virtual audience and receive instant feedback on clarity, pace, emotional tone, and use of evidence. The platform combines speech-to-text, sentiment analysis, and rubric-based scoring to highlight strengths and provide actionable coaching tips, bridging the gap between practice and real-world performance.

AI Receptionist (In Development)

Currently building an AI-powered receptionist that answers inbound phone calls for small businesses, reducing missed opportunities and filtering out time-wasting enquiries. The system uses natural language understanding to hold conversations, qualify leads, capture customer details, and pass them directly into booking or CRM systems. With call transcripts, analytics, and built-in sentiment tracking, the tool is designed to give SMEs enterprise-grade customer engagement without the overhead of a full-time front desk team.

Courier Booking Platform (Bespoke Project)

Delivered a one-time bespoke logistics platform for a courier partner, enabling businesses to book, track, and manage deliveries seamlessly. The solution introduced a clean web interface for clients to create shipments, real-time tracking for end customers, and automated invoicing with Stripe payment integration. By digitising a previously manual process, the platform cut administrative workload by more than half and provided a foundation for future scalability across multiple regions.
